Microsoft will sell software to Apple and Amazon as part of a new deal to bring Windows software to the two companies’ respective platforms, the company announced.
Microsoft is also offering an upgrade path for Windows 10 to existing users, which will allow users to upgrade from older versions of Windows.
Microsoft’s Windows 10 Upgrade Offer will allow existing Windows 10 users to purchase an upgrade to Windows 10 for $99.99.
Customers can also upgrade to the new Windows 10 Pro (upgrade to Windows 8 Pro and Windows 8 Enterprise) for $119.99, which includes upgrade options for Windows 8 and Windows 7.
Microsoft said this upgrade offer will go live on March 11.
Microsoft also announced that Windows 10 will be free with the purchase of a Windows 10 PC.
The company said the Windows 10 upgrade offer is available in select markets, and it will be available on Windows 10 PCs and laptops.
Microsoft said that users will be able to access their accounts from the Start Menu or the Start screen, and that they can also view information and manage the accounts remotely.
Microsoft has been targeting enterprise customers with Windows 10, and the company has been pushing Windows 10 Mobile and Windows 10 Enterprise in its corporate suites.
Microsoft has been working with the Microsoft Store to create an easy way to upgrade Windows 10 across Windows and Office 365, and Office Mobile for enterprise customers is also available.
